As I was walking to church this morning the sky was beautiful blue and white mist was hanging in the valleys. Something told me it wouldn't be by the time I got back home again…..I was right! Everything had just turned grey and VERY cold!
Cathie, Jewelz and I went to the Dalesman Cafe for a delicious all day breakfast (Jewelz got the last bite of my sausage) then went for a walk at Bardon.
I love these trees growing in the middle of the field and particularly enjoyed the icy, foggy look today.
Thankful for all day breakfasts (especially in establishments that have a real, roaring fire and welcome Jewelz with a bowl of water, dog treat and a bit of fuss!). (The waitress came and talked to Jewelz, made a fuss and sorted her out, then walked away completely forgetting to take our order!! Hehe!!) :0)
