Back in the office today and caught up with the silly amount of emails and pile of stuff that had been dumped on my desk. I also now have to organize a residential meeting somewhere near Edinburgh for the start of December complete with evening entertainment. I think starting on that'll get moved to next week.

I finished writing my slides for my hr presentation and still need to do a bit of work on the second case study. We're going over everything on Sunday so I need to get that finished tomorrow.

Krav was much fun and we did some more work on 360 defences. I think I might have bruised forearms tomorrow.
