No photo for yesterday as I managed to forget both my camera and phone for most of the day. A rushed blip today as I've been in a workshop for most of the day.

It was on self defense techniques and was mainly things that I knew already but was good to practice everything. I also learned some new knife defences that are useful.

Tonight I'm off to N's to watch strictly and have dinner before we head out dancing.
