Someone is in trouble if the smoking police are on patrol.

I cropped the offender's face out, well actually it was just the nose that was in shot. Had I left the nose in I was going to title this "knobby flouts the rules again" which was hysterically funny to me and Ed but you can come to your own conclusions about that.
