ACP

Day 13.
Just a normal day, work and boys back to footie practice.
I told myself that I would relax a bit more in this new job, not quite got there yet.
ACP- Advanced/Anticipatory Care Planning, does exactly what it says on the tin!!! Myself and my colleague have been asked to complete an audit on the wards about ACP and carry out education on it through out January, only found out last week!! Not much time to prepare, I know about ACP but not enough to do education on it, so a bit of reading up is needed.
So much for relaxing and doing my jigsaw tonight!!
