Birthday Girl

Got up a bit late after a late night last night. Just about managed to get the car loaded, Chemo girl's brother in the car and get him to the coach station with about 5 minutes to spare. He has been over from Australia for a week or so to see her and is heading down to Heathrow to get his very long flight home. Good to meet him.

Headed over to J's parents to collect the kids. It seems that their mother can't drive a car into the centre of Birmingham for some reason. Seems OK for use to drive through the middle of it though to drive back again with them.

It’s K's 10th birthday today and she wanted to go to Build a Bear for her treat. Her sister came along. K decided to get a monkey while G got a polar bear. Very interesting experience going to one of these shops. A great way to extract money from the adults.

From there it was pizza for lunch. I then left them to go and watch Frozen while I caught up with and old Uni mate for a few beers.
Great to catch up with him. Dropped the kids back to their house and had a birthday dinner with the family there before heading back to J’s parents for the night.
