These cookies were fun to make, just like all the others. With the increasing popularity of hazelnuts, it's fun learning new and interesting ways to use them. A bit on the crumbly side, these sandwiches gave us barely any trouble.

Our Advice: Don't be afraid to let the dough chill for longer or shorter than suggested. Each refrigerator is set differently (just like ovens) so really chill it long enough for the dough to be manageable.
