Rain & Sleet

After seeing weeks of whats going on in England, I'm not complaining. Just need to adapt - there's no such thing as bad weather.......

Bannwald in Ottobeuren on the cards; sheltered and semi mud free. Met Esme an 8 month old Border. The owner had a BC who we had met before but had to be put down last year. She also has a Pug who doesn't like rain and stayed at home. Pugs are called "Mops" in German, far better I find!

Flash has his raincoat on as his fur is so long & thick that it takes half a day indoors before he dries off - Luna on the other hand has fur like a duck.

Rain & sleet is now more snow but it won't settle as the temperature is due to stay above 0°C for the next few days. Just a chance winter may come next week.

PS The moles are all well & alive - no animal ever gets killed (by us - on purpose) on our property. I had a mole in the greehouse in the summer who drove me crazy. Kept trying to flood him out without success. C'est la vie.
