No pain. No gain.

Tying this with left hand so bear with me.

Saw GP this morning about my increasingly knackered right hand which can't grip anything without pain. He gave me a steroid injection in said hand saying that I would have some pain for the first 24-36 hours but it would wear off and the steroids would reduce the inflammation in my hand. Bloody he'll it hurts like billyo! I can't do anything with my right hand. Feeling sorry for myself so bought chocolate :-(
