What a difference a day makes.....

Well the pain from the steroid injection calmed down overnight and I now have only occasional mild discomfort in my hand when I do certain things!

Had a busy day writing a dissemination and valorisation (EU speak) plan for a European project.

I know it's mid week but stuff it - I am opening a bottle of wine!!
