Clams

We bought these at the coquillage (shellfish) van in the village this morning. This evening I want to try to recreate the dish I had in a restaurant in Bouziques last Sunday - pasta with clams in a creamy sauce with toasted pine nuts. If it works, I'll put the recipe on my food blog. If it doesn't work ... well it can't be bad with those ingredients, can it?!
