Well, for a day that started with one of those mornings it has turned out not so bad. It began with the things that I can usually do without much thought taking twice as long with twice as much effort and twice as many errors.

But it ended with laughter & make-shift rainbow cake with the lovely Lucy :)

The team is on retreat at the moment; setting aside time for focused writing. Today was my first time joining in with this and there is definitely a lot to be said for such an approach!
