Rusty Iron by Mount Iron

This image is of part of a flat plate sculpture is made of Corten Steel. The idea is it forms a protective covering of rust which does not rust further. So its a lovely red rust colour, popular with signs and sculptures now. It is considerable larger than life size.
This statue is for the first recorded Sheep dog trials in 18 April 1867
