Ha ah

I was up early today as I had to go to Manchester for a meeting. On my way back from Manchester I decided to watch my favourite comedy of all time on my iPad 'Alan Partridge' ha ah. (Pic)

My 5km run was 31mins 4seconds tonight, not as quick as my previous 2 runs. It's my 3rd 5km run in 4 days so I think tiredness has got to me. At least I pushed myself to the end and I'm looking forward to my deserved rest day tomorrow.

Going to watch Ashley banjos big town dance now.
