OOPS!!

Well this is not quite the Blip I had planned, but then who could blame you for wanting to taste test a biscuit that you had never made before. I had decided to make the Peanut Butter Biscuits this morning so that I could take some home made fare to our lovely friends in Blackheath. Well most of them made it safely!!

The recipe said I had to leave them to cool on a rack for 5 minutes. Now that was a mistake.

I was quite pleased with the image of the biscuits intact, but my cheeky side got the better of me! I have to say it was PBG!
