A lazy morning in the flat doing fun things such as cleaning the bathroom, laundry and the like. As I put my shoes on to leave the flat I heard a yell of 'oh sh*t' from the kitchen and wondered through to find S had sliced open his finger on the broken cafetea that he was wrapping in paper to throw out. A quick look and a bandage later I left him with instructions to head to a&e if it bleed through or started to go numb.

I then headed down to Leith to practice out training session before we do it on Wednesday. It seems to be ok and flow quite well. I just need to decide how I'm going to feedback the roll play exercise and then it'll be ready.
