Good intentions

For the first time I blipped early today knowing full well that I was out for the day with alcohol involvement. Meant to post this at 10 this morning, but as usual I am sat in front of the laptop fighting against time.

Only 19 entries in and I think tomorrow I need to focus on addressing the blip/life balance.
