Katydid

Well before the gusty wind got up, I spied this young Katydid sitting amongst the folds of my pink miniature rose. I'm never sure which rose they prefer as it seems to vary from year to year, this year its the pink.

A day at home waiting for a delivery which hasn't arrived. Hubby informed me I would need to sign for it and its heavy so I really wanted to be here rather than going to collect it on another day.....but I guess I'll be homebound tomorrow now seen as it hasn't turned up.

Oh well, house jobs are done for the weekend - that's a good feeling.
