Waterlogged garden

This isn't a particularly good photo, but I took it mainly for my records as I haven't seen the garden this waterlogged for many years - in fact only once before in the 24 years that we've lived here. The water was flowing like a stream down our garden path from the field at the back and then gathering in a puddle near the house. I turned the contrast right down and the highlights up to show the extent of the laying water.

I had one of my occasional really tired days today and this morning I couldn't wake up for ages. Hubby rang and cancelled my Art session and, even when I got up I fell asleep on the settee both morning and afternoon (watching bits of tennis from Australia in between!). I did get a couple of washloads done and some limited cooking (mashed potato, which we had with some leftover gammon from yesterday and salad). I feel a bit more awake this evening thankfully and should be okay tomorrow I think :-)
