Viburnum

It was a grey flat sort of day weather-wise today, so I thought a photo of a nice bright flowery bush would be good!

Busy day today - this is the first time I've got on here and have still to catch up with everyone's blips. We had a Women's Breakfast this morning with a speaker from our church. I realised I didn't know half as much about G as I thought I did - she'd had a very difficult childhood due to illness, and lots of sadness in the family back then, including her father dying when she was only 7. She overcame the obstacles of her poor health though, trained as a nurse and married and had two children.

This afternoon was the usual newssheet typing and copying and also stocking up on supplies in the loos etc after this morning's event :-) Got home about 4.30 and had a bath and then tea, then raced through the Andy Murray match using fast forward a lot between points. He really played well, I thought. Then I rang and had a chat with my Dad for an hour, then finally, on to here! Phew! Hope everyone is having a good weekend :-)
