First attempt

Decided to make pizza tonight for dinner, it wasn't a complete disaster but there were various things that went wrong. Firstly I just binged the dried yeast in, think I should have dissolved it in the water, secondly I never left the dough to prove enough.....too impatient and thirdly I never had a pizza stone so improvised. Apart from all of that it was fine! Never mind I made double the dough and the second lot seems to be proving nicely I will freeze it.
Sore throat etc. glad it's the weekend.
