The Beauty of Decay

J9 & I took dad out for the day, it would have been mums birthday so we wanted to be with him.

Was a lovely sunny crisp day at the national waterways centre. Beautiful old barges being restored and loads of buildings & locks to potter around.

Throw in cake and tea followed by us treating him to a huge slap up pub meal and the day went as well as can be expected.
