Not two miles form our house is Kallin - the harbour on the East coast of the isles where most shellfish are landed. A pretty spot that always has a Scandinavian feel to me. That said the uninhabited island you can see in the evening sun above is owned by a Spanish family - and Spain is also the destination of a significant proportion of where the shellfish catch ends up.
