The Secret

Apparently I missed out on the huge hype over "The Secret" years ago. It started out as a movie that revealed the secret of life: The Law of Attraction. (Sorry if I spoiled that for anyone!)

I was recommended to get this Gratitude journal, so I also picked up the books as well.

I am grateful that he shared this with me.
I am grateful that he is in my life.
I am grateful that somehow, someway, we were attracted to each other.

Even though, last night he told me that "this" would never work out between us. I spent all day, crying in bed.

I am grateful for his honesty.
I am grateful for finally breaking down my own walls and realizing that this IS love I'm feeling.
I am grateful to know that I can love again.

Last year, I asked for someone special in my life. I want to fall in love, get married, and have kids one day. Is this The Secret in action? Perhaps the Universe is answering my wish.
