ELR Steam Gala

Boys day out on the East Lancs Railway. Well not actually on the trains but photographing them lineside. Please do not tar me with the anorak brush it seemed like a good thing to do on a dull and damp day. Here a Standard 4 tank in pulling the demonstration goods up from Bury to Ramsbottom at Burrs Country park just outside Bury. Its a really great spot on a curve to get great loco shots. If you are out and about tomorrow in East Lancs give it a go. Sorry for being absent for a while but I have had some personal stuff going on.
