The Next Batch

There are at least three chicks in this nest. It's great to see the song thrush population growing. They are in the small elder behind the woodshed.

A very warm day. After the 4ºC start yesterday I was surprised to see the 6.30 am temperature already up to 21º. I need to consult the outdoor remote thermometer to decide how many layers of clothing to put on.
