Quark Cake

German cheesecake. I'm not calling it cheesecake, because the stuff sold as cheesecake in the uk, though very tasty, is nothing like a quark cake.
I suddenly felt like baking around midnight last night, so I had a very nice breakfast this morning :0)
And since the day begins at midnight, I even got a tasty blip out of it!
