Today's the day ....................... to loop the loop

It's all been a bit confusing today for the old body clock.

We've spent most of it on a plane - well actually two planes but they both belong to Singapore Airlines. We've been looked after very well. We've eaten several meals - two of them called breakfast - which have been delicious and accompanied by fine wine. The only problem has been that because we're rushing forward in time as well as passing it - we seem to have squeezed in an extra night somewhere (minus the sleep!)

Anyway we are now in Hong Kong having done a bit of a loop the loop on the way. We are here for a few days and we're looking forward to seeing the sights and spending time with Daisy, Becky, Julie, David and Mon.

Hope the body clock sorts itself out too ...............
