Hong Kong Kingfisher

Today's the day ......................... to eat fish

We were taken out for a wonderful meal this evening in Hong Kong - a sort of buffet spread with a multitude of different dishes. You could just help yourself to as much as you liked - and go back time and time again.

We walked to the restaurant from where we are staying on the 13th floor of a huge skyscraper block - through some lovely garden with a large pool. There were lots of interesting birds flying around - including several kites soaring overhead.

And then - to my delight - this kingfisher posed long enough on some bamboo for me to take a picture ...................
