Twinkle Twinkle Little Snowflake!

A rare blue sky day, with the Winter sunshine catching the Swarovski crystals in my Austrian snowflake. Not long now until the Winter Olympics!!

Plans for today went completely out of the window when the doorbell went at 12. On opening the door, we found our new neighbours on the doorstep, coming round for a New Year drink and nibbles. They had been invited, but for next Sunday! We didn't want to turn them away, so hasty preparations were made and we had a lovely time.

But it has meant that the rest of my plans for the day have had to be shelved, so instead I'm going to put my feet up and enjoy Ski Sunday!
