Good for the Heart

All of us needed to paint today. I needed to because it's been too many months, Agnes needed to as a distraction from some recent discipline by big sister Gloria, and Jillian needed to because, well, Jillian is always part of the party! She needed to because she needed a chew toy and the sponge brush fit the part nicely.

It was a collaborative effort today which was just what we needed. But I can feel a solitary paint date with me, myself, and I coming soon. And I anticipate such with great excitement.

Painting. It's so good for the heart.
