Another weed

Had another busy day. The head on my vacuum cleaner broke yesterday, so this morning I rang the authorised service provider in Christchurch to order a new part.
I was told they didn't have a new head for my model of cleaner, but they could order one for $151.00! How horrendous is that! I decided it was much more economic to dump my old cleaner and buy a new one. So I did just that! It arrived by courier this afternoon.

We said goodbye to the two older bulls this afternoon. Their time was up, so they went for a ride to the works. The truck was an hour and a half late. Farmerboy was not impressed. It's a relief to see the bulls gone - they weren't that friendly and the roaring drove us insane!

I spent time at school during the day - always lots to do at this time of year, and with no one around, I managed to get quite a bit achieved.

It is raining out tonight. Sounds like it may be a wet day for the next few days.
