She is. I swear. Utterly loopy. We were taking some photos out in the beautiful frost this morning - which she'd run to the window to check for this morning - when she decided she was going to lick it off her hoop which was hanging on the slide.
Swimming together this morning. Last Wednesday's lessons wasn't one of her best - there were new children in her class and they were, hmm, distracting and mischievous to say the least. She didn't swim that well. So today we went to remind her that she can. And boy did she ever. I asked her old teacher to come watch her for me so I could learn how to best help Katie. Her front crawl was really really good. Sarah couldn't believe how much she's come on since she last saw her. One of the other teachers came over to tell me what a good front crawl she has now. It was lovely for Katie to hear as she's worked really hard to do better with that, so she was (rightly) very pleased with her little self. We had a go in the big pool and she did six lengths again, plus some half widths of the deep end. Last week, and the first length of this week, she's wanted me to touch her tutu sometimes. This week, she told me she doesn't need that anymore.
Dried and fed, it was off to nursery and home to a mountain of editing for Mummy. In a lounge full of a spectacular playtime with her figures that I have been given strict orders not to move.
