Christmas Leftovers

Not the traditional sort of leftovers though. We were given a few panettone for Christmas and today I decided to use one of them to make panettone bread and butter pudding.

It's a little more decadent than your usual bread and butter pudding, given it's made with scrumptious panettone and loads of cream and Marsala wine! It sure was good!
