A good friend of ours, who is also Amy's godfather stayed with us last night. His partner, who is a Kiwi, has been in New Zealand for 6 weeks with their two children visiting family, and her flight got into Heathrow this morning at the very unsociable hour of 5 a.m. As they live near Nottingham we offered him a bed, so at least he could get some sleep!

He hasn't seen Amy and James for a while and came bearing late Christmas gifts. Amy was over the moon with a very generous iTunes gift card and James loved his two model airplane kits. He spent this morning carefully building one and then painting it. So nice to see him doing a non computer related activity!
