"Down In The Lock" ...

...In the Lock this time and coming up as the water rises, there are a few people on board, some at the back and some on the sides watching when the water swirls around, as she rises upwards..the kids love all this, even the girls are intrigued..

...It's funny to see this big vessel way down below us when they shut off the Lock gates and the water rushes out, then they open it up once again for it to move out the other end which is what it's about to do there..some day I'll take a pic of her moving out of the gates..

...The little brown ducks sit on the riverbank there (not shown) quite oblivious of all the goings on - Down in the Lock today...I'll show you those on another day..
