It's oh so quiet

I gave in and slept on the couch last night with Lola near me, fortunately she was as quiet as a mouse and we all got some much-needed sleep! Again didn't see her go to the toilet once yesterday, and even when I put down newspapers for any accidents during the night, they had not been used by morning as she had not left my side all night. As soon as I was awake I took her out and she had her first wee outside! I bet that felt good - was a bit if relief for me too.

Poor Blaine came home from school with a headache and has developed a slight cough, he said he woke up with the headache but hadn't told me before going to school as he thought it would disappear and put it down to not having a good nights rest the night before. Gave home some Calpol as he doesn't like anything stronger (tablets/pills) and he had a snooze and said he sort of felt back to normal except still a bit tired. He has a chemistry test today so hoping he's 'on the ball' by the time that comes around and there's nothing going to develop further.
