The Star 21/365

Tuesday night is casino night.... Well the rooftop bar at the casino to be exact. The Star casino in Sydney appears to be one of those places where you get to people watch (one of my favourite pastimes) an entire cross sample of the community. From the city after work crowd, to the backpackers to the retirement tourists to the glamorous grannies to the traveling business men and of course the well heeled gamblers.

Clearly Tuesday night at the casino is the place to be. It was packed and only got busier as we were leaving with queues right out the door.

This huge light hangs in one of the many entrances, the colours you can see below are the reflections across the glass done it hangs in. Visible from the casino halls, bars and restaurants throughout the centre. The view from the rooftop bar was a twinkling city landscape with the harbour bridge in the distance but limited to iphone capabilities this was a much easier and better quality blip!
