Eat all your greens 22/365

Short on time today so I headed towards the markets in ChinaTown in my lunch break. Always an absolute buzz of noise, smells and activity. Today the vast amount of colour really caught my eye. Particularly this stall, not for the array of colours but for the clear focus on just one. Not sure that I have ever seen so many greens available for purchase in one place before. Each vegetable a different, shape, shade, taste and texture and name.

Imagine this as a child. You would have a real fight on your hands to defy eating anything from this selection!
