This morning I ran hard there


This afternoon I walked hard

Then I sat by a river and thunk hard and listened hard.

In no way does this song reflect my mood as I have no sense of trouble, but it was on my mind as I sat and thought.

It's lovely being with nature, you just exhale and let it be.
