Invitation to a bit of a do

It looks like 2014 is going to be the year of weddings! In June this year my friends L & T are to be married (yes! married!) and yesterday evening we received an invitation to another wedding, in May.

I love the way that the invitations for both these celebrations have been worded - very warm, welcoming and quite different from the rather stiff and formal 'summonses' I remember my parents receiving.

And in a couple of weeks time Roland and I are going to an engagement party, which is also lovely.

We've been to rather too many funerals these last few years, so it's nice that there's a bit of balance on the horizon.
