Long story short....our house went back on the market this week because of a break in the chain. One way or another we've been in a chain since May!

Today the estate agent rang to arrange a viewing on Sat morning...great....now need to blitz house back up to showhouse standard.

This is a the message I got from hubby who is working away this weekend after I told him our good news.

So, you are thinking, the point of this picture is.....

Well ever since I can remember almost everytime I need him for something he's not around! Sometimes they have been major crisis, sometimes just little things but I really wished he could have been there with me. I know showing a potential buyer round the house isn't rocket science, but this will be the first one I've actually done! Also there's all the cleaning and tidying to do....it's so much easier when two share the load. Then, most importantly there's the debrief afterwards - it's just not the same over the phone!

Don't get me wrong I'm not having a whinge....this has happened so many times now it's actually become something of a joke!

I just hope all the hard work pays off!
