Hanging out to dry

One of the last jobs to do this morning before the lady came to look around the house was to take down the washing line but what did I find between the pegs.... so I thought I'd try blipping it!

Lady loved the house and arranged to come back tomorrow yay..... then phoned back later in the day to say she'd thougt about and felt it wasn't perhaps right for her..... boo hoo :(

Estate agent rings to say could a chap view sunday morning? Let me think for a moment......errrrr yes!

Have to say though it is rather lovely living in a showhome again!
