The Blurry Islands

Another very wet and dark day. CMC vamoosed into Kirkwall for badminton - so I read my book and sent a message to the Arran Tourist Board. A very helpful lady from Arran consequently called me.

When CMC arrived home from the toon she sent me into the toon, to the Picky Centre, to the Well Man Clinic. The nurse told me off. Found out that I enjoyed being told off by the nurse.

Thought I'd never get a Blip on such a dull day. Therefore apologies for the inevitable sky scene. First blink of sun as I arrived home; got out of the car and pressed the shutter.

This looks towards Hoy, Cava, Rysa, Fara and Flotta, yet at this time of the day they appear as one blurry amorphous low-lying lump.
