Labelling conundrum

AOC?
Terroir?
Is it... is it a red? Or a white?
Does it go with shrimps? Or Roquefort?

I've come up with a new labelling convention for Mrs Raheny.
We've had accidents before... Not all of Pepe's wines have been defiled by years of storage in a central heated bedroom in a semi-D.
