A visit from a local PCSO (where I’d found out that there had been three other incidents involving broken windows yesterday afternoon) meant I had to head home early and not stay to group after weigh in. By the time she’d gone it was after 20:30 & I was hungry and still hadn’t taken a photo for the day. So, keeping in mind our 365 challenge of a kitchen utensil this week, I took a few pictures of my spatula before using it to flip a ham & cheese omelette.
