Yet Another Hat
DDW's January Challenge Day 24: "Shy"
I'm required to wear a hat when I venture out in the cold, so I brought myself another knitted beanie with a peak. Ordered online. One size fits all. Yeah right. Should have known better. I don't have a small head, but this fits me like a tea cozy, i.e. it goes all the way down and totally obscures my face. Not a bad thing some would say, but honestly, I can just about pull it off if I don't pull it down and can live with an air pocket above my head which seems to be fashionable anyway, but anyone with anything other than a large head is going to be swamped. They really will need to get their eyes re-positioned as in the linked picture above.
Looking forward to the weekend. Off to the big smoke tomorrow. Lunch at L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon (2 Michelin Stars - let's see if it means anything) and the theatre in the evening to see One Man, Two Govnors. Camera will be with me. Bound to be lots of photo opportunities, especially given that the topic for the day is 'Portrait'.
Have yourselves a great weekend folks.
Just come back to this and it reminds me of the poster for the film 'Clockwork Orange' .
