Super Yellow Lamb Banana

Went to the early Hockney exhibition at the Walker gallery. Fascinating to see what Hockney was getting up to when at art school, but no pictures allowed, so here is Liverpool's Super Lamb Banana. Made in 1988 in concrete by our friends Tommy and Ray at the Bryant and May matchworks in Garston, and modelled from a 4 inch maquette supplied by the artist Taro Chiezo.
