"Kiri" the Song Thrush
We've two song thrushes that visit our garden and at lunchtime Kiri made her entrance. Unfortunately she didn't stay long as we've had some sort of hawk/kestral or predatory bird circling overhead and this was the best of a hurried selection of captures taken through our conservatory window.
Anyway, they say that every cloud has a silver living don't they. Well we're popping over to Mallorca, at some unearthly time tomorrow morning, as another possible property has just become available. Thankfully, our house sitter is free to look after our menagerie for us until our return on Tuesday. We're not building our hopes up, but have decided to give it "one last go" - you never know this property could be even better than the previous one.
Blipping is going to be possibly non-existent as we've no internet, but I'll do my best to grab a couple of shots of, hopefully, some sunny weather and back blip when we return.
