Celebration

When you have a birthday with a zero on the end, then got to celebrate in style, so we did, and it was fabulous!

Before that though we wandered over to Trafalgar Square, and after coffee.and croissant in yet another lovely little cafe headed into the National Portrait Gallery to check out the finalists of the Taylor Wessing photographic portrait competition. Some amazing pictures, well worth paying the extra to see.

Did more of the touristy stuff in the afternoon including Horseguards, Carnaby Street, photography place off Oxford street which had an amazing range of books - really interesting place to spend a few hours.

Another busy day in the Big Smoke!
